This is perfect for the office that has few issues on individual workstations but needs to ensure the server is functioning and operational at all times. You will receive a discount on our hourly services with this Proactive IT Support package. As well, you can optionally add workstation monitoring to have a more complete Proactive IT solution.
    • Server and Workstation Monitoring Only
 
    This is a monitoring-only Proactive IT Support package with maintenance. We will utilize the same software and technology that we use for our full support M3 clients. This software monitors your computers, servers, and network devices for potential problems. It will alert us immediately so we can help prevent problems before they occur. With this Proactive IT Support package we also run regular maintenance routines automatically to keep your systems clean and working at their highest performance. This package is great for the office that has little problems but still needs monitoring and maintenance to ensure functioning computers and network integrity.
    • Quarterly Check-Up Service
 
    Our Quarterly Check-Up Proactive IT Services are a great opportunity to do a complete check up on all your systems and equipment to see what needs to be done in order to ensure continued proper functionality. We will review areas such as disk space, antivirus, patches, updates, equipment, and much more. There after you will receive a proposal with priority levels that allow you to select what services you would like to have done. This is great for our non-monthly clients who do not have these IT Services done on a regular basis.
    • Monthly Backup Log Checking / Media Restore Tests
 
    This Proactive IT Service is for clients that use a local backup such as a tape drive, external drive, or other type of local media. Our technicians check the backup logs daily and ensure your backups are working properly at all times. On a quarterly basis we will run media restore tests to ensure you can restore your critical data from your backups as well as ensure that your media is functioning properly.
