Mentor Technologies, Inc provides fully outsourced IT support for small to medium-sized businesses. We do everything that an internal IT department would do--only better and for less. Simply put: we run your IT department. Not all companies are ready to fully outsource their IT needs. For these clients we provide ocassional IT support and assistance with important IT projects. Typically, we are introduced to our clients because they have a particular IT issue they need help with or they have recently lost a member of their IT department and they are exploring new support options. We meet with potential clients, help them with any immediate needs they have, and then discuss an on-going relationship if appropriate. We provide a full overview of our services, conduct a free network assessment, and offer a obligation-free proposal for an on-going relationship.
