Support Options
  Hourly Support    On-site / Remote / Phone / In-house
We provide hourly IT support on an as-needed basis. Often clients use this option during an evaluation before making the decision to move up to one of our monthly service options. This ‘as-needed’ option is not as effective as our other proactive support options, as we are only called when problems arise and resolve the issues at hand.

  Quarterly Check-Up Service
Our Quarterly Check-Up Service is a great opportunity to do a complete check up on all your systems and equipment to see what needs to be done to ensure continued proper functionality. We will review areas such as disk space, antivirus, patches, updates, equipment, and much more. There after you will receive a proposal with priority levels that allow you to select what services you would like to have done. This is great for our non-monthly clients who do not have this done on a regular basis.

  IT Projects / Block Time
For small to large projects we offer discounted hourly rates sold in time blocks. Prices vary based on project, length of time, and how many hours. This is great for server rollouts, desktop replacements, software upgrades, networking upgrades, collaboration, and more.

  Monthly Backup Log Checking / Media Restore Tests
For clients that use a local backup such as a tape drive, external drive, etc. this package is a monthly service to have one of our technicians check the backup logs daily and ensure your backup is functioning properly. On a quarterly basis we will run media restore tests to ensure you can restore good data from your backups as well as ensure that your media is functioning properly.

  Proactive IT Support Packages
  • Monthly Server Maintenance
    We will maintain your server to prevent issues and ensure proper functionality. We will also perform updates to the system, add users, maintain databases, and more. This is perfect for the office that has little issues on individual workstations but needs to ensure the server is functioning and operational at all times. You will receive a discount on our hourly services with this package. As well, you can optionally add workstation monitoring to have a more complete proactive solution.
  • Server and Workstation Monitoring Only
    This is a monitoring-only and automated maintenance package. We will install the same software and technology we use for even our full support clients. This software monitors your computers, servers, and network devices for potential problems. It will alert us immediately so we can help prevent problems before they occur, as well as deploy a support technician faster to resolve your issues. Our software also runs regular maintenance routines automatically to keep your systems clean and working smooth. This package is great for the office that has little problems but still needs eyes and maintenance to ensure functioning computers and network operational integrity.
  Outsourced IT Support Packages
  • M3 (Full IT Monthly Managed Services)
    This is our outsourced IT option, what this means is for a flat rate per month we maintain, monitor, and manage all of your technology needs, computers, servers, printers, network devices, phones, etc. This is just like having an internal IT department, but with a larger and more diversified staff. Prices vary depending on how many devices are included in the service contract, and are custom made to fit your needs. This package includes all after hour service, weekend service, and regular service hours (on-site or in-house) with no extra charges.
  • Remote M3 (Remote IT Monthly Managed Services)
    With new technologies available, we are able to perform up to an astounding 95% of our work from a remote level! Similar to our Full IT M3 model: this support package will focus our monitoring and maintenance of all your computers, servers, and network devices via remote-level only. This support package is primarily for our non-local and out of state customers that need a dependable and reliable IT Support company that offers affordable solutions to maintain the health and integrity of their business computer-based platforms. When computer issues arise that require a support technician on-site, we will assist in finding and coordinating a local technician that will resolve the issue with our direction.
