I wanted to take a minute today and thank you for the wonderful service you continue to provide Pinnacle and Oracle Packaging. Over the last several years you and your team have consistently been there to provide us the best solutions for our computer and software needs. You have always been spot on with solutions and Jonny on the spot when it was necessary to do work on site at our offices. Since our corporate office is rather small compared to the rest of our organization, it has never seemed prudent to have a staff IT person here. We feel like Mentor has actually served in that capacity for us and in all honesty our service is better than our other facilities that have staff to support their IT needs. Additionally, you have been a key component coordinating our links with the other facilities and solving communication issues from here, while professionally counseling our staff members on the other end. I would also like to thank you for the countless times you and your team have been able to remotely conquer problems with our computer systems. The remote system support you provide is an incredible value and has made all of our lives here much simpler.
