How long have you been in business?
Our company was founded in 1998; however, our most senior consultants have been doing IT support since 1970’s.

What is your coverage area?
Generally speaking we serve clients in the greater Tulsa area, as far east as Tahlequah and as far west as Oklahoma City. We are opening our service areas up on a monthly basis and are willing to service all areas as the need arises.

What benefits do you offer over your competition?
We have two primary sources of competition:

  • Internal IT departments: We offer better service for less money and fewer headaches than a traditional onsite IT Department. Take a look at our “Us vs. Gus” page for a great comparison.
  • Other IT consulting companies: Unlike other consulting companies, we do not hire consultants straight out of tech school. Our consultants have a minimum of 5 years of experience. We provide a level of service and professionalism that is far beyond what most clients are used to.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We prefer payment via check or online for most invoices, however, we also accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

Do you sell hardware and software?
We provide hardware and software procurement services for the convenience of our clients. Because of our large monthly spending with vendors such as Dell we are able to negotiate significant savings and pass these savings on to our clients. Hardware/software sales is not a profit center for us, instead it is just another way we serve our clients with excellence.

Why would a company prefer an ongoing IT support relationship with you vs. hourly support from another provider?
Under an hourly support relationship, you are paying the highest consulting fees when your systems are malfunctioning. We prefer to structure our agreements so that our interests are aligned: you do not pay a penny more if we have to dedicate large amounts of time during downtime. Our motivation and yours is to keep the network operating in tip-top shape and prevent outages from occurring in the first place.
